Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including PostEx.
Order confirmation
Because we ship Cash on Delivery, our team will call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that can't be confirmed may be cancelled. Please keep your phone reachable and your address complete and accurate.
Processing time
Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and similar): 3–5 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days
Delays can happen during public holidays, sales periods, bad weather or courier disruptions.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS.
Payment on delivery
Please keep the exact amount ready. Our courier may not carry change.
Failed delivery
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If they can't reach you, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled.
Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the House Shield website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and pricing
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and inform you.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect details, stock issues, or an unconfirmed order. An order is accepted once we confirm it and dispatch it.
3. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full when you receive your order.
4. Safe use of products
Cleaning products must be used as directed on the label. Keep them away from children and pets, don't mix different cleaning products, and use gloves and ventilation where the label advises. Do not ingest. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical help if needed. Results may vary depending on the surface, stain type and how the product is used.
5. Returns and shipping
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy and deliveries by our Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the logo, text, images and design, belongs to House Shield and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, House Shield is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, or from misuse of a product. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Karachi.
